Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
