Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during night shifts, including development, QA, and support units.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time to minimize impact on operations.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred) with a focus on technical or operational projects.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead virtual teams effectively.
- Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift schedule.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
