Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of night-shift technical deployments and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure alignment on critical milestones.
- Monitor real-time system performance and mitigate operational risks before they escalate.
- Facilitate nightly stand-up meetings and produce detailed status reports for executive leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical updates clearly.
- Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within IT or operations.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects in a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote coordination.
