Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the night shift cycle to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, adhering to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to off-hour operations and technical environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and progress reports.
- Ensure all night shift deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between remote team members and on-site leadership.
- Optimize workflows to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within IT, Software Development, or 24/7 Operations.
- Proven track record of managing projects during night shifts or in 24/7 environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies (PMP or CAPM certification preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between remote teams and leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with limited supervision.
