Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure during the night shift.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in real-time.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings to ensure team productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or Operations.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
