Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Report project progress, budget status, and key performance indicators to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the technology or software industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or team off-sites.
