Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Software Technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience leading Agile and Scrum development cycles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban).
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile Certification (CSM/PSM) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
