Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and mitigating potential issues before they escalate.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management through regular status reports and presentations.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of outsourced components.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a technical or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
