The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular, transparent status reports to the executive team.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability for all projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
