Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
