Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and report on project health to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
