Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or Software Development industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
