Role Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation through closure.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and generate comprehensive project reports.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a professional setting.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly desired.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
