Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and high team velocity.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and comply with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the technology or logistics sector.
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a positive work environment.
