Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams through full lifecycle execution from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across all organizational levels
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior team members through structured coaching sessions
- Utilize Jira and Asana for agile project tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional risk management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in budget management over $500K project values
- Ability to work independently in a weekend-shift environment
