Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, UX designers, QA) across 3 time zones
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with 98% on-delivery rate
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex technical integrations
- Facilitate stakeholder communications via weekly sprint reviews and executive dashboards
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows to optimize team productivity and transparency
- Mentor junior PMs through weekly coaching sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/cloud deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering $500K+ projects within budget and scope
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with flexibility for critical project phases
