Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution with Agile methodologies, ensuring milestones are met within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, stakeholders) during weekend sprints and critical deployments
- Manage project documentation, risk mitigation, and change control processes
- Facilitate weekend stakeholder communications via virtual stand-ups and progress reports
- Implement PMO standards and continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/holiday shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record in healthcare IT or SaaS project delivery
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
