- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Implement agile methodologies and track progress using Jira/Confluence
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and performance reports
- Facilitate weekend sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in tech or software development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
