Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level IT projects on weekends
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies with weekend sprints and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for weekend-based development cycles
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting during weekend operational windows
- Identify and mitigate project risks specific to weekend shift workflows
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols during weekend project phases
- Coordinate weekend handovers with weekday teams for seamless integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or 24/7 operational environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in managing cloud migration, DevOps pipelines, or SaaS deployments
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for cross-team weekend coordination
- Experience with budget management exceeding $1M
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal weekday oversight
