Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend delivery cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure sprint goals are met
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across weekend workstreams
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications during weekend shifts
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve blockers in real-time during weekend operations
- Produce comprehensive project documentation including sprint reports and post-weekend analysis
- Collaborate with weekday leads to ensure seamless handover and continuity of project momentum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years leading weekend/shift-based teams
- Active PMP or CSM certification with proven Agile/Scrum implementation
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating across time zones and shift schedules
- Experience with budget management ($500K+) and vendor negotiation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of technology projects in weekend environments
