Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project sprints and stand-ups for cross-functional agile teams
- Execute project roadmaps and timelines with weekend milestone deliveries
- Facilitate stakeholder communications during weekend handovers and critical reviews
- Manage weekend resource allocation and risk mitigation for active projects
- Implement weekend-specific QA protocols and release coordination
- Generate weekend progress reports and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of weekend shift project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred

- Proven experience leading remote weekend team collaborations
- Strong weekend communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend decision cycles
