Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS and fintech clients, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps using Jira, Asana, and MS Project while maintaining real-time risk mitigation logs
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners through weekly executive syncs
- Implement PMO standards and optimize resource allocation across concurrent weekend sprint cycles
- Drive continuous improvement through quarterly retrospectives and process innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech with 2+ years leading weekend or off-hour initiatives
- PMP or CPM certification required; Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Proven success delivering complex enterprise projects with budgets >$2M
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence with data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
