Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for weekend initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and sales) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proposing proactive solutions to keep schedules on track.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular status reports.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
