Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, focusing on weekend deliverables and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals during weekend shifts.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, providing weekly updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management within a corporate or technical environment.
- Experience managing weekend or shift-based operations is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
