Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Direct and coordinate project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring all weekend milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the team roster for the weekend shift, assigning tasks to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilization.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership and clients regarding project status, delays, and critical issues.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct performance reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards in all deliverables produced during the weekend shift.
- Process Improvement: Analyze weekend workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-enhancing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
