Responsibilities
- Oversee Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all weekend deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resources to optimize workflow and ensure availability for weekend shifts.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early, implementing proactive strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and clients regarding project status, budget, and key milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality standards, ensuring all deliverables align with company policies and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a dedicated weekend project team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing weekend or shift-based operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
