Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for weekend operations, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor project performance using Agile/Scrum methodologies and adjust schedules based on real-time data.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for executive stakeholders every Friday and Sunday.
- Foster a positive team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on weekend operations or shift management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (e.g., Friday–Sunday) as required.
