Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Execution: Own the end-to-end management of project deliverables specifically scheduled for the weekend.
- Team Coordination: Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to ensure alignment and timely task completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership regarding weekend progress, risks, and blockers.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure 100% uptime during critical periods.
- Process Optimization: Analyze weekend workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards and conduct final reviews on all weekend deliverables.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Agile certification (Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on managing shift-based or weekend operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar PM tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating technical status to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote or on-site teams during non-standard hours.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex operational issues quickly.
