Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our weekend operations team in San Diego. This is a critical role that ensures our supply chain and logistics projects are delivered on time and within budget, even during the off-peak hours.
As a Weekend Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between our operational teams and executive leadership. You will manage project lifecycles, resolve critical issues, and ensure seamless execution of weekend initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of weekend projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to resolve blockers.
- Monitor project progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, providing daily updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor junior project coordinators during weekend shifts.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, specifically within a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Valid PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with weekday flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
