Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end management of projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically assign tasks to team members, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure resources are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenses closely, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the allocated financial parameters.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required; PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
