Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Report project status, milestones, and challenges to senior management regularly.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
