Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and senior management to align project goals.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations before launch.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the technology or IT sector.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
