Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze financial transaction data to identify trends and optimize user experience
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across product, engineering, and compliance departments
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution efficacy against KPIs
- Document requirements in Confluence and maintain JIRA backlogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Strong background in regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
