Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for digital transformation.
- Elicit and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Design and maintain robust data models and create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops to drive consensus and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
