Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, sponsors, and team members to ensure transparency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
- Monitor project performance using Agile methodologies and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within a professional environment.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is required.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
