Responsibilities
- Oversee Project Lifecycles: Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Resource Management: Allocate team resources efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenses and create detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing clear updates and managing expectations across departments.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
