Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings using Agile methodologies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to senior management and clients.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables meet quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the technology or consulting sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
