Responsibilities
- Lead and Execute: Orchestrate the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and allocate resources efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures to ensure profitability while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
