Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage budgets, timelines, and team resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project coordinators and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet our strict quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the IT, Marketing, or Construction sectors.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Nashville, TN (or be a current resident).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
