Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles, from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, scope creep, and resource constraints proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive product development and team productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors to ensure quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the technology or business services sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Professional PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Philadelphia metro area.
