Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to prevent bottlenecks.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and timesheet tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the software or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
