Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Document detailed functional requirements and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Create data visualizations and performance dashboards using Power BI
- Perform gap analysis between current and future system capabilities
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and implementation support
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout SDLC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA experience
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirement management
