Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop data-driven solutions using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project goals and priorities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure sprint deliverables meet business needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies
- Produce comprehensive documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certification
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
