- Conduct UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness against KPIs
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across departments
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
