Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed BRDs, user stories, and process flows using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state systems
- Document and communicate findings through executive dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS/tech
- Expertise in requirements gathering and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Experience with financial services or payment systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
