Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering teams
- Design data models and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for new initiatives
- Document workflows using BPMN and UML notation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Expertise in financial services or fintech domain
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise ERP systems
