Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process flow diagrams using Visio/BPMN
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI/SQL to track KPIs
- Lead UAT testing cycles and document change management protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
