Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data trends and market opportunities to identify strategic growth initiatives
- Document business requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features based on ROI
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track product success
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product roadmaps
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting complex financial systems and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
