Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL and visualization tools to identify opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred
