Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using UML/BPMN standards
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Manage JIRA/Confluence backlog and prioritize feature development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven experience with stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
